Yoga came in my life after 9+ years of fast-paced corporate Human Resource environment, where I was stressed out, lost, empty, frustrated, overwhelmed and disconnected from my Self. My time on the mat became an oasis after I started practicing. I felt a tremendous sense of freedom and intense sensation of being in a ‘present’ moment and a taste of peace after every class. I started yoga as a career and not as sadana, but once I started it was very different essence.

Am Certified 200 hrs Hatha Yoga Teacher Training from Sivananda Ashram – Uttarkashi , affiliated with Yoga Alliance, USA and a Certified Laughter Yoga Trainer from the Laughter University, Bangalore. Certified Acroyoga and Thai Therapist from Acroyoga - US. Started career with Bharat Thakkur in Delhi in 2009 and then moved back to Bangalore and founded my own company YOGA ART in 2010. Trained Lots Celebrities, Expats and Corporate.

My teaching style is fun, inclusive and accessible to every level. Whether you are a total beginner or a seasoned enthusiast you will walk away learning something about your practice which is bound to enrich your life.

I do workshops all over India and train lot of Sportsmen, Dancers and Fitness Freak.

Passion for health and fitness, coupled with her teaching background, led her to becoming a certified yoga trainer. She has more than 10 years of experience in teaching yoga and she has been practicing yoga for more than 20 years. She started her career as a communication professional and soon realized my passion lies with teaching Yoga. She started her yoga career at Bharat Thakur’s Artistic Yoga.

She strongly believe in the necessity for an active lifestyle, encompassing a balance of all the compulsory components of fitness. Over the years, it has given her great satisfaction to pass along her existing knowledge and enthusiasm with the highest standard of service, safety and professionalism to those wanting to adopt a lifestyle of physical and mental well-being.In addition to being an avid personal trainer and participating in all the avenues of health and fitness, she have also embarked upon participating in various fitness events.

She is am a certified 200 hrs Hatha Yoga Teacher Training from Sivananda Ashram – Uttarkashi, affiliated with Yoga Alliance, USA and a Body Alignment Yoga from Himalayan Iyengar Yoga at Dharamkote, Himachal Pradesh, India. She has also learnt Pranayam, Meditation, Kriya & Bandhas at Isha Yoga, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. For sheer mental and holistic fitness improvement she have completed a certification from Vinyasya Intensive Pranavyasya with Vinay Kumar Mysore.

She possess a critical comprehension of the English, Hindi, Telegu, Oriya, Kannada together with my fitness related background and have researched and written a number of effective blogs, published articles and website contents within the fitness industry.

Her teaching style is based on creating patterns and movements with your body coupled with fun, continuous movement and a great control on your breathing. She does not matter whether you are a total beginner or a seasoned enthusiast you will walk away learning something about your practice which is bound to enrich your holistic health & fitness.
